Long gone...is best forgotten


I TELL YOU I TELL YOU.I DROPPED 50 BUCKS OKAY.I JUST GOT IT THIS MORNING FROM MY DAD AS EXTRA POCKET MONEY.ARGHHH.

So what if people think it’s not a large sum of money and why in the world is this girl whining all about over such small matter. To a broke lad like me, it’s A LOT of money. Considering lately I’ve been too cleaned out to SHOP and God knows why (Maybe Steph knows why ;) ) it IS a damn BIG a deal.

Yes, I’m feeling damnnn grouchy now cos its 6 in the evening and I only had an hour of sleep from last night’s chalet sleepover till now. Remind me NEVER to book a chalet at downtown east. The management sucks. BIG TIME. They are precisely the reasons behind why Singapore customer service has DROPPED and been ranked 21st globally. They have no polite and pleasant service or whatsoever. And so the same has been said about their higher authorities – supervisor.

Initially, they refuse to take responsibilities for that matter. They simply do not give us the benefit of the doubt of our side of the story. Just because we are teenagers doesn’t give them ANY right to treat this matter so lightly. Jerage paid the rental of the chalet with her very own hard earned money, just like any other paying customers. She deserves the same respect like everyone. Perhaps that’s just how the management treats everyone.*smirks*

After the whole ordeal, the management relented. They probably did so not because they are trying to make the customer satisfied. More like they still think they are right and they just want us to shut our gabs. So we left feeling pissed off. NO, we won’t “SEE YOU, COME AGAIN”.

Disclaimer: I was too tired to take part in the quarrelling. Besides, three people over the counter seemed quite crowded already. But thanks Downtown East, for showing us the extreme end of customer service. Standing ovation please.
